Our Pro subscription is billed monthly or annually. We want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription.

Automatic billing starts after 7 days if you don't cancel.

Refund Eligibility (After Trial)

Monthly subscriptions: Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis for technical issues or service disruptions.
Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds may be available for unused months on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@forcedalpha.com with your account email and reason for the refund. We process refunds within 5-7 business days.

Institutional Plans

Institutional and enterprise plans are governed by individual service agreements. Refund terms are specified in your contract.

Standard Institutional Terms

Pilot period: Custom trial period as agreed in your contract.
Annual contracts: Pro-rated refunds available within first 60 days.
Custom integrations: Refunds exclude setup and integration fees.
Data exports: Available upon request before account closure.

What's Not Refundable

Subscriptions cancelled after the billing period has started
Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
Add-on features or one-time purchases (unless defective)
Partial months of service

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Note: Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks incur processing fees and may result in account suspension. We're happy to resolve any billing issues directly.
